Candles In The Dark Episode 3 of Hold Tight starts with Michal frustrated and taking his anger out on the bins. Take that, recycling day! In all seriousness though, Michal and Anna are worried, given they still haven’t heard from Adam. Just then, Michal receives a call from the police station confirming they’ve found Adam’s wallet. As they head into the police station, the couple check it over and notice it’s bloodstained....

Meg Episode 6 of Hollywood begins with Avis and Claire suddenly waking up and seeing someone has left a burning cross on their front lawn. The same is also left for Camille and Raymond, while another angry mob throw a molotov cocktail into Archie’s house. Getting the police involved, the cast and crew discuss whether it’s the American Colonization Society doing this. Avis decides to plough ahead and make the movie regardless, while Jack, Archie and the others head to Ernie’s to raise the funds needed to budget the film....

The Unexpected Wedding Episode 47 of Homemade Love Story picks where we left off with Pil-Hong crying over the jacket Chae-Woon left him. Jae-Hee then heads over to the port trotter restaurant and offers to walk home with his father. The latter finds out that Chae-Woon knows about Pil-Hong working in the neighbourhood so he offers to check up on him from time to time. Jae-Hee and Jung-Hoo arrive home and find Chae-Woon cleaning....

Upper Management Hot Stove League returns for a blinder of a penultimate episode, one that sees the team taken one step too far from the upper management and starting their fight back to get the justice they deserve. Trading Doo-Ki proves to be the final catalyst for the team as they work together to try and oust the poison that is the Jaesong Group. Episode 15 of Stove League begins with Seung-Soo marching up to the Junior Managing Director and telling him he makes him sick....

Two Worlds Collide Hyena returns with another slice of legal drama, entwined with the growing feud between Geum-Ja and Hee-Jae. Their chemistry is enough to keep things interesting but the show itself feels pretty slow moving, balancing out the characters and focusing strongly on the legal side of things. While the show is unlikely to ignite the Korean drama scene this year, there’s just enough here to make for an enjoyable enough watch....

Fortunately/Unfortunately With the recent news that Inside No 9 has been renewed for another two seasons, Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith bow out season 5 with another deliciously dark and twisted tale. Everything from the title of the episode through to the juxtaposed dialogue ooze charisma and talent right the way through the 30 minutes, making for a very strong ending to this excellent season. We begin episode 6 of Inside No 9 with narration mentioning tropes of police procedurals as we pan across and see a dead body in the back....

The Mission Episode 7 of Insider starts with Yo-Han heading off to scout out the Shinseon-Dong guys. Sun-O has warned him that these guys are incredibly crooked so he needs to be careful. He heads in to see the Warden, asking about it. He claims to have been sent from an unknown affiliate but he refuses to say who. It doesn’t take long before Yo-Han meets Do Won-Bong, Gangnam’s King of the loan sharks....

Killing Korean Eve Episode 2 of Inspector Koo begins with a school production of Hansel and Gretel. But why? What significance does this have to the story? Well, it turns out K is comparing the events at the end of the previous episode to this tale. And she’s also performing in this production too. As we soon see, K is the one responsible for the cave-in – and the subsequent death of Min-Gyu....
