Subconsciously, this appears to be what Marcus wanted too, as Emily moves out and Marcus finds himself forced to keep busy. We’ve all been there, that strange limbo period as you try to get over your ex while simultaneously move on with your life. Everything is fine… right? Well, we pick up a month after the divorce with Emily....

Capturing The Crooked Cop Episode 3 of Lupin begins with crooked cop Dumont getting ready for the day ahead. With cameras planted all around the house, Assane easily hacks in and begins watching and studying his routine. The first part of his plan comes from posing as an IT technician called Max. He makes a big song and dance about porn on his computer, eventually taking Dumont into a secluded hallway at work where he knocks the man out....

Ultimately though, its the realistic blend of John Luther’s personal drama and the high stake crime cases that make this such an absorbing drama....

The Gas-Mask Wearing Man Episode 10 of Mad For Each Other begins with the Women’s Association immediately making their presence felt. They show up and confront Seon-Ho’s Mother. They demand she delete all the posts from online immediately – which she hastily agrees to. With everything cleared up for now, the ladies head back to see Min-Kyung and reveal the good news. While they talk though, Joo-Ri starts drinking more, prompting In-Ja to call her out for her excessive drinking....

Warming Up Slowly TVN’s new weekend drama Melting Me Softly is a bit of a mixed bag. Focusing more on drama but interwoven with elements of science fiction too, Melting Me Softly has an interesting premise but right now, the execution is a little haphazard. Whether this new show will reach the same success as Hotel Del Luna or Arthdal Chronicles remains to be seen but right now that looks like a bit of a stretch to reach those heights....

Penultimate Problems The penultimate episode to Melting Me Softly is here and it certainly didn’t disappoint, setting things up nicely for the finale tomorrow with quite the cliffhanger surrounding Mi-Ran’s fate. While the show hasn’t been the strongest k-drama this year and often felt quite slow, the last episode promises to end things in dramatic fashion for our two protagonists. We start the episode where we left off from before, with the killer approaching Mi-Ran....

Just like the batty Isle Of Man detective show with the same name, Mindhorn is hilariously bad. Its nonsensical plot has some serious holes and there are several sub plots that never really go anywhere but strangely, this doesn’t detract too much from the fact that Mindhorn is a funny film. As a British comedy, its not at the same heights as say Shaun Of The Dead or Hot Fuzz but it has enough jokes spread throughout its 85 minute length to almost overlook its jarring plot issues....

The Uncomfortable Truth Episode 6 of Mine begins with the announcement of Hi-Soo’s pregnancy, which rocks the foundations of this family. Specifically, Ji-Yong who finds out via a phone call while Hi-Soo is out looking for Ha-Joon. When the call ends, Ji-Yong rings Ja-Kyeong and demands to know where Ha-Joon is. Only, she’s apparently as clueless as the rest of the family. Back at the mansion, Soon-Hye finds herself worried too – but for a different reason....

The Backpack With the finale just around the corner, Missing: The Other Side is starting to wrapping up its story. We are starting to see who is behind the murders and it could either be the managers from Choiseung or perhaps a final twist in the tale. The last couple of episodes promise to give us some emotional goodbyes and more dramatic moments. Episode 10 of Missing: The Other Side starts with Jun-Ho and Wook arriving in the chairwoman’s office....

Adoption Episode 7 of Modern Love begins with gay couple Andy and Tobin sitting down and discussing IVF treatment, intent on raising a child of their own. Realizing it’s not feasible, they instead look at adoption. With a final option on the table, they meet eccentric Karla and speak about their life to her and how they first met. This ultimately leads Karla to tell them she’s homeless and intentionally moves around a lot to avoid being tied down to one place....

Toasty! With the exception of a few, almost every video-game adapted movie has fallen flat on its face. Whether it be Street Fighter and Super Mario Bros or Angelina Jolie’s Tomb Raider, only the rate exceptions have managed to stand the test of time. In more recent years Tomb Raider (the reboot) and Detective Pikachu have done well, but it’s 1995’s Mortal Kombat that somehow retains its place at the top....

4th August Arsenal: All Or Nothing After taking their cameras behind the scenes of football clubs Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, Prime Video now turn their attention to Arsenal as they track the players and staff of the Gunners during the 2021/2022 season. If you’re an Arsenal fan, you will get an extra kick out of this but football fans of all kinds should enjoy the insights that are delivered here....

With the cloth in hand, Bong-Hwan is caught out when asked exactly why he tried to commit suicide. Feigning a faint instead, Byeong-In grabs her and winds up involved in a staring contest with Cheoljong, who scoops up a fainted Hwa-Jin....

The Fallout Episode 6 of My First First Love begins with both Tae-O and Song-I still dancing round why they were upset to begin with. However, Song tells him he should go visit his dad more. Tae explains he has everything he needs and thinks his Mum sent him Song to be the perfect friend for him. He also jokes about it and explains that she didn’t realize that she was actually quite flawed and that he had to look after her instead....
